ARX Robotics has announced key additions to its executive team, marking a pivotal step in its mission to lead the European defense sector in autonomous ground systems. According to the company’s official website and LinkedIn update, three new leaders have joined to reinforce its capabilities in AI, robotics, and defense innovation.

Ciaran Murphy steps in as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in autonomous systems, including overseeing full-scale deployment of mission-critical platforms. Dr. Volker Hartmann, set to begin as Chief Legal & HR Officer in July, is recognized for his legal expertise in AI and robotics, with a strong focus on responsible growth. Meanwhile, Peter Schulze takes on the role of VP of Programs & Product Strategy, offering deep knowledge of defense tech and program delivery.

The company stated these appointments signal its readiness to scale its AI-native, software-defined robotic systems to meet complex, multinational defense requirements. With a reinforced leadership core, ARX is positioning itself to accelerate innovation with strategic clarity and operational excellence.
