GomSpace Group AB, a leading provider of small satellite solutions, has announced the signing of contract amendments worth €2.1 million (approximately SEK 23 million) with a confidential European technology company. This follows a previous agreement made on June 25, 2025, for the delivery of 18 satellites.

According to the announcement, the new contract extensions address the customer’s evolving strategic requirements, including the expedited delivery of two additional satellites within a six-month timeframe. GomSpace’s ability to meet these accelerated delivery schedules underscores its commitment to industrial agility and responsiveness to market demands.

Carsten Drachmann, CEO of GomSpace, expressed satisfaction with the strengthened partnership, stating, “We value the strong partnership we’ve built with our customer, and I’m pleased that we are now able to further support the advancement of their business case with very fast delivery. Our recent emphasis on accelerating time-to-market has enabled us to deliver the two satellites in under six months.”

This development highlights GomSpace’s ongoing efforts to enhance its competitive position in the satellite integration sector by offering shorter lead times and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
