Voyager Technologies, Inc. announced a partnership with Vivace Corporation to support the manufacturing of Starlab, a next-generation, commercial space station designed to maintain U.S. presence in low-Earth orbit. According to Voyager, this collaboration will play a pivotal role in bringing the station from design to production.
Voyager explained that Vivace will be responsible for producing the primary structure of Starlab, utilising its aerospace engineering capabilities to help finalise designs and prepare for large-scale manufacturing. The company stressed that Starlab will be one of the largest single structures ever deployed in space, aiming to serve both commercial and scientific purposes.
Dylan Taylor, Voyager’s Chairman and CEO, stated that the partnership strengthens their ability to deliver a state-of-the-art orbital platform. He added that Starlab is central to sustaining U.S. leadership in space and fostering innovation in orbit.
The Starlab programme, supported by NASA funding, has already passed multiple development milestones and is planned to support diverse missions, from research and technology demonstrations to advanced materials testing. Voyager emphasised that the station will be a long-term asset offering significant opportunities for both government and commercial users.
