According to Corvus Technology Solutions (CTS), the company has launched its EL10 Electric Launch System, a high-capacity, all-electric platform designed for autonomous deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The company mentioned that the system represents a significant advancement in UAV launch capabilities, supporting heavy payloads and rapid, scalable operations.

CTS highlighted that the EL10 can launch UAVs weighing up to 120 kilograms at speeds reaching 180 km/h, with a recovery time of just 15 seconds. The launcher features a compact, folding-frame design that fits within a standard 20-foot shipping container, allowing for mobile and flexible deployment.

According to Nick Williams, CEO of Corvus Technology Solutions, the EL10 combines heavy payload capability, stealthy launch performance, and rapid configurability. He emphasized that the system is designed to operate autonomously, with negligible acoustic and thermal signatures, and can integrate seamlessly with existing mission software and control systems.

The press release noted that the EL10 builds on the company’s existing Corvus Launcher platform, adding capacity for heavier UAVs while maintaining software-definable, rapid, and stealthy launch capabilities. CTS also pointed out that the system is designed for high-frequency operations and can execute rapid, configurable launches to support complex aerial missions.

According to the company, the EL10 is intended to meet the growing operational demands for large-scale, autonomous UAV deployments, providing defense and commercial operators with a high-performance, sovereign solution.
