DroneShield has announced that it has integrated Sentrycs technology into its DroneSentry-C2 platform, enhancing its counter-drone system with advanced cyber and radio-frequency (RF) detection capabilities. According to the announcement, this integration adds protocol-level cyber takeover, controlled landing, and forensic functionalities, expanding DroneShield’s multi-layered defence approach.

The company mentioned that the unified solution combines Sentrycs’ modular, military-grade counter-drone technology with DroneShield’s existing RF detection and smart disruption capabilities. This integration allows operators to detect, track, and identify multiple drones simultaneously, sever connections to remote controllers, reprogram drone home positions, and guide drones to designated safe landing zones for recovery and analysis.

DroneShield highlighted that the enhanced system leverages its SensorFusionAI engine to process ‘cyber-RF’ (CoRF) detection data. This capability improves real-time analytics, strengthens situational awareness, reduces false alarms, and enables more effective decision-making.

According to the announcement, the upgraded DroneSentry-C2 is designed to provide comprehensive protection for security forces, public safety agencies, and critical infrastructure, addressing the growing challenges posed by unauthorized or hostile drone activity.
