Quantum Systems has entered into a strategic partnership with Sysgration to localize the assembly, integration, and sustainment of its uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) in Taiwan. This collaboration aims to enhance support across the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the agreement, Sysgration will establish dedicated production and integration facilities for Quantum Systems’ UAS models, including Twister, Vector AI, and Reliant. These operations will adhere to shared quality processes and secure supply chains, ensuring resilient lifecycle support. Additionally, Sysgration will provide in-country maintenance, repairs, and operator training.

Dave Sharpin, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum-Systems Inc., emphasized that the partnership is designed to provide critical UAS technology, shorten lead times, and enable frontline forces to field and sustain AI-enabled robotic systems at the pace of operations amid escalating cross-Strait tensions. He noted that this initiative is consistent with Quantum Systems’ strategy of acting globally and responding locally.

Albert Hsing, Automotive & Mobile Division General Manager of Sysgration, expressed pride in partnering with Quantum Systems to bring sovereign, in-country UAS production to Taiwan. He highlighted Sysgration’s manufacturing heritage, rigorous quality systems, and secure facilities, which are built for critical defense applications. Hsing also noted that Sysgration is honored to serve as Quantum Systems’ exclusive partner in Taiwan.

The partnership underscores a commitment to strengthening regional capabilities and ensuring the availability of advanced UAS technologies in the Asia-Pacific region.
