Trident Solutions, backed by ATL Partners, has unveiled a new brand identity and organizational structure following the sale of Geost to Rocket Lab. The move consolidates Trident Systems and Ophir Corporation under one unified Trident banner.

According to the company, Lorin Hattrup has been named Chief Executive Officer after leading Trident Systems to significant growth as President and General Manager. The reorganization establishes three focused divisions: Space Electronic Systems (SES), Integrated C4ISR Systems (ICS), and Optical Precision Systems (OPS)—each headed by experienced leaders.

Hattrup emphasized that the changes are aimed at building a faster, mission-driven organization delivering advanced electronics and processing solutions. Chief Growth and Strategy Officer James Yates added that the refreshed brand strengthens Trident’s role as a key defense and intelligence partner.

Trident noted that the rebranding draws on more than 40 years of legacy while positioning the company for expansion in space systems, C4ISR, and specialized defense electronics.
