Quantum Systems has announced the launch of its UK subsidiary, Quantum-Systems Ltd. UK, following its acquisition of Nordic Unmanned UK.

According to the company, it plans to invest up to €50 million over the next five years to strengthen local operations and support the UK’s defense sector. The expansion will focus on deploying advanced uncrewed systems for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

Quantum Systems mentioned that its portfolio, including the Reliant long-range reconnaissance drone and MOSAIC UXS software for multi-asset mission control, will be showcased at DSEI 2025.

The company also announced that Vito Tomasi, a former Royal Marines officer with experience in defense innovation and finance, has been appointed Managing Director of the UK subsidiary.

Quantum Systems emphasized that this move reinforces its commitment to supporting UK defense capabilities and enhancing its international presence.
