GomSpace has announced a contract worth 22 million SEK (approximately €2 million) with Unseenlabs for the delivery of two additional CubeSats.

According to GomSpace, the new satellites will expand Unseenlabs’ existing constellation, enhancing maritime surveillance capabilities and service coverage. The company mentioned that delivery is scheduled for the second half of 2026, supporting Unseenlabs’ efforts to provide critical monitoring data, particularly in strategic areas like the Arctic.

Unseenlabs stated that the partnership with GomSpace is essential for scaling operations to meet growing demand, and the additional CubeSats are expected to improve service availability across key regions.

GomSpace emphasized that the contract highlights the effectiveness and adaptability of small satellite technology for delivering high-value data to commercial and governmental clients.
