Maritime technology firm Saronic has expanded its executive team with the appointment of two new vice presidents, the company announced in a recent social media post. Sheri Hashemi has joined as the Vice President of Product, and Adam Kelinsky has been named the Vice President of Programs.

According to the announcement, Sheri Hashemi will now guide the strategy and development for Saronic’s growing lineup of autonomous maritime systems for both commercial and defense clients. The company noted that she brings significant expertise in systems architecture and the management of complex programs from her previous engineering leadership positions at Boeing and L3Harris. Saronic expressed that her background and leadership will be instrumental in more rapidly and effectively advancing the company’s maritime capabilities.

In his new capacity as VP of Programs, Adam Kelinsky will be responsible for overseeing the execution of the company’s essential customer-focused programs. The post mentioned his extensive background in leading complex initiatives for both defense and commercial sectors. His prior experience includes managing the global supply chain and lifecycle support for U.S. Navy propulsion systems at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and roles focused on growth and operational excellence at RCT Systems.

Saronic described Kelinsky as a “powerful addition” to its leadership, citing his experience in engineering, strategy, and the execution of large-scale programs. The company conveyed its excitement about the new hires and the expertise they bring to the team.
